Other than the cosmetic issue of a boom mic and over the head design (which is meaningless to me), it performs fantastically. Clear, crisp sound on both ends, and no noise interference even in a noisy car or outside environment. It is perfect for me, and several of my co-workers have one too. I drive a semi and people on the other end cannot tell if you are in the truck or not!
