Only one charger and one cord to worry about, and it only takes up one outlet. Just one charger to take when travelling, and only one car charger to deal with (with the additional VEHICLE POWER CHARGER). It is also much easier to unplug one unit when the charger is not needed and be a bit more environmentally friendly.
