Very good Good Fair Poor   Customer Reviews Author: Rolly    11/10/2008 I bought this to mount a camcorder or SLR on the inside of my windshield. The mount seems to work well, easily attached and removed, stout enough for my SLR and camcorders. But Panavise does not have the extensions and additional joints needed to hold a camera aimed through the windshield. In the basic configuration the camera must aim above the suction cup if the camera is right side up. However, the windshield slant prevents aiming the camera above the suction cup. Teh is the case even with the included extension arm. An offset arm and second ball joint is needed to position the camera to the side of the suction cup.
