Withstands 500 degrees F continuous heat and 2000 degrees F intermittent heat. If you have fittings on your line, you may need to order one size up. You can achieve between 1/16 and 1/8 inch stretch out of our material. This may help on installs with fittings already on the lines
Provides burn protection during under-hood repairs and maintenance
Constructed of a woven insulated glass fiber braided sleeve heavily coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber; includes 16-inches Fire Tape
