It also features a top mounted fan and 500 watts of drying power, so it generates maximum speed and quality. The included 4 trays are great for dehydrating meat, fruits, vegetables and more. Plus this hydrator is expandable up to 12 trays with the addition of the Add-A-Tray accessory, sold separately.
