First, Twister was great. No problems. Next, these cartridges are really great. The print quality and performance is identical to the name brand cartridges I replaced. They cost so much less than the name brand, too. They installed with no problems whatsoever. I can't comment on the yield just yet, because it will take a very long time before I use them up, possibly years. So far, I'm about 300 pages into the black and 600 pages into the color without problems. If possible, I will give an update when they run out. They work flawlessly, but the Viking documentation could be better. The last application was to replace an old "HotShot" dialer that was on it's last legs, but still working. When we installed the new Viking K-1900-5, it gave an immediate "off-hook" that would not release until we unplugged the IW and phones. Maybe the fact that we have 18 emergency phones with about 2000 feet of inside wire in the 34 story building - all on one dialer - is too much for the K-1900-5. Or maybe there is a partial short circuit in a phone or IW out there somewhere I need to troubleshoot. Anyway, we put the HotShot back in place and it is working. Otherwise we have had zero problems with the Viking K-1900-5, and are very, very pleased.
