AM/FM/USB/AUX inputs with iPod/iPhone Control
An audio system designed specifically for a boat environment, and it also looks wonderfully attractive. The two-line LCD display is able to show the information you need. And connectors have a protective cover to inhibit corrosion and damage. More information, more entertainment, nothing to worry about.
The 13-digits 2-line display on the M205 allows numbers and characters to be displayed clearly - in all lighting conditions. Whether you want to know what song is playing on satellite radio or just need to know the time, it’s always easy to see.
Just connect your iPod or iPhone to the source unit’s USB port to access and play music through the marine audio system. Operate iPod using head unit controls, including “ABC Search”, or use the control wheel of your iPod “Simple Control”.
Have fun with the same Pandora internet radio stations you enjoy on your PC. Give songs a “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” — this interactivity means you’ll be listening to more of the songs you want. Just connect iPod or iPhone and open up a new world of radio.
Many people acquire music as audio files or have CDs they have created and probably so do you. The Front USB slot supports playback of MP3 and WMA format audio files, so you can store your favorite music on a USB thumb drive and enjoy them while on your boat.
The built-in multi-band tuner supports reception of radio stations just about anywhere in the world — which is nice when you’re sailing around the globe or just across the gulf. And with Weather Band you’ll always have the latest weather updates, including automatic reception of emergency weather information to keep your voyage as smooth as possible.
With AUX input connectors right on the front of the unit, it’s extremely easy to hookup an external audio source for enjoyment through your boat’s audio system.
Equipped with 4-channel line outputs, you are able to connect two front speakers with two outputs remaining for connection of up to two subwoofers or rear speakers.
