Is The Twister Group's Web Site Secure?

We only use cookies to track the course of customers traveling through our website. No personal information is stored in the cookie.

Will my personal information be shared with other companies?

We will never share any personal information for any reason provided that you follow our Terms and Conditions.

Why should I register with your website?

You can check your Order Status and Order History. Without knowing who you are, we could not do this.

How can I edit my account information?

Simply log in to our website and click "Modify profile" in Your Account section.

I've forgotten my password. How do I access my account?

Click on Recover password in the Help section located at the bottom of the left navigation column. Enter your email. The password will be send to you immediately.

Are your products brand new?

ALL items are Brand New (except for those marked as refurbished), Factory Sealed. ALL items include all the manufacturer's supplied accessories unless otherwise specified.

How can I search for products?

Located at the top of the left navigation column, our Search lets you find a product by name, manufacturer number, SKU number, or by specific keywords. Additionally, our Advanced Search feature lets you easily search products within specified category, by brand, and/or price range.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCB cards. Please be sure to provide your complete billing address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept payments from PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses only and through Google Checkout. All payments are to be in US currency.

If you wish to make your purchase with US issued Cashiers Check or Money Order, print out the order confirmation message, and send it along with your form of payment. Please make sure your total remittance includes any sales tax, and all shipping charges to avoid any delay in processing your order.

Please, note, that some Banks charge fees for wire transfer services. Please, include these fees with your payment. The order will be processed only if we received payment in full.

Will I be charged tax?

The Twister Group must charge Sales Tax on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of Illinois. Sales tax may also be charged on some orders shipped to California. Each customer shall be responsible for any taxes required on orders shipped to any other state.

How do I find my shipping rate?

Once you filled out billing and shipping information, delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you are prompted for payment. Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed. We recommend that you examine all shipping options before making your choice, as depending on your package prices will vary greatly.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order may be cancelled only if it's on backorder. Send an email to Sales Department. Please include your name and order number, and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise.

How do I check on my order?

We will automatically email you a confirmation with tracking information. To track your package, login to our website and use the Order status feature.

Can I ship to a different address than the address on my credit card?

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, The Twister Group requires that this address be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling toll-free number on the back of your credit card.

Does The Twister Group ship to APO/FPO boxes?

All APO/FPO orders ship via USPS. When you reach the Shipping Information section in the checkout process, simply select Armed Forces (AA), Armed Forces (AE), or Armed Forces (AP) from the State dropdown box. Shipping fees will appear at checkout prior to completing your order. All APO/FPO orders are shipped to a central location before being sent to the designated shipping address. Please allow for extra time in processing your order. All APO/FPO orders are at customer's own risk. Products are shipped via USPS, which doesn't guarantee the delivery time. If shipment is not received, we'll file a claim, but it may take up to 6 months to receive a reimbursement

When will my order ship?

All credit card orders (US and Canada) for in-stock products placed by noon CST (US Central Standard Time) on any business day are normally shipped within 1-2 business days upon payment approval. All orders received after 12:00 PM CST are considered to be placed on the following business day. We cannot ship on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any type of delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option of accepting the order or canceling for a refund of the item backordered.

Estimated Ground shipping is 3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to. If tracking information is available, it will be included in shipping notification email. To track your package, login to our website and use the Order status featur

How do I make a request for a return or exchange?

Fill out RMA Request Form . You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to begin the process. All exchanges and returns are subject to The Twister Group's Return Policy.

Panasonic products as well as software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Is my product under warranty?

All of The Twister Group products shipped to US and Canada are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of invoice (except for non-returnable products as mentioned above). Warranty is voided without receipt or invoice. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for warranty information.
